3. '책임 없다' 고지한 경우, 물품 분실되면 배상 못 받나요?

경기도평생교육진흥원은 청소년을 위한 기본지식 함양과 노동인권 인식개선을 위해 15일부터 웹툰 '공인노무냥, 나비'를 6회에 걸쳐 연재한다.
특히 사회 초년생들의 자산 형성을 지원하기 위해 병사의 월급을 인상하고 청년도약 계좌 등을 출시할 예정인데요.
이외에 청소년 출입과 고용이 모두 청소년에게 유행한 것으로 인정되는 청소년 출입·고용금지업소도 있다.
별사랑은 '별사랑'이라는 활동명에 대해서 "이것도 제가 지은 게 아니다. 저희 대표님께서 별처럼 반짝반짝 빛나고 사랑을 많이 받는 가수가 돼라고 지어주셨다"라고 말하고 "본명은 윤정인이다"라고 덧붙였다.

그런가 하면 지남철(이성재)은 조은산(정유민)과 노래방에서 노래를 부르고, 가로등 아래에서 입을 맞추는 등 난생 처음 해보는 것들을 함께 하며 행복함을 만끽했다. 특히 조은산과 함께 밥을 먹던 지남철은 갑자기 울컥 눈물을 터트리면서 “은산아, 넌 열일곱에 멈춰버린 내 소년을 다시 찾아줬어. 심장이 다시 뛰는 느낌이야”라며 그동안 못다 했던 꿈을 일깨워준 조은산에게 고마움을 고백했다. 같은 시간, 지남철의 바람을 의심하던 고물상(윤주상)은 조대봉(정보석)을 대동하고 지남철과 조은산이 은밀히 만나는 오피스텔까지 찾아냈고, 결국 문 앞에서 초인종을 누르는 ‘발각 직전 엔딩’을 펼쳐 긴장감을 폭주시켰다.
그녀는 말한다. '서울에서 나고자란 게 특혜'라고. 모든 게 다 서울에 있는데, 하고 싶은 걸 다 해보려면 서울에 살아야 하고, 제 한 몸 챙기기도 버거운 수현에게 '출산이나, 결혼은 언감생심'이다.

청소년도 다양한 이유로 돈이 필요해 일자리를 알아보는 경우가 많다. 특히 오는 18일 대학수학력시헙(수능)을 앞둔 수험생이라면 올 겨울 아르바이트 계획을 세울 텐데, 관련 법 상식을 몰라 피해를 보는 상황이 발생할 수 있다.
놀이공원에서 돌아오는 길, 전날 밤 일로 다소 어색해진 조은강과 고차원은 눈까지 내리자 차를 마시러 가려했지만, 일찍 집으로 복귀한 한바다와 여전희(이상숙)로 인해 각기 집으로 향했다. 조은강은 고차원, 미풍이와 찍은 사진을 보며 기분을 달랬고, 혼자화양리노래방알바있는 조은강의 모습을 본 삼촌 조대근(최대철)이 착하니까 좋자를 만날 수 있을 거라는 위로를 하자 “나 안 착해. 사람들은 내가 착하다고. 아무 생각도 욕심도 욕망도 없는 줄 알아. 그들이 편하기 위해서. 날 무시하고 이용하기 위해서. 넌 착해 넌 착해하면서 상자 속에 집어 넣어놔”라며 그동안 짓밟혀온 속마음을 터트려 조대근을 놀라게 했다.
울산, 여천, 창원, 부산 등은 제조업 기반 중심으로 성장을 거듭해온 도시이다. 1990년대 태어난 자녀들의 80% 이상이 대학을 진학했다. 그중에 '딸들'이 있다. 제조업 중심 도시, 나고 자란 그곳에는 그녀들이 원하는 일자리가 없다. 2021년 창원 인구 중 여성 3000명이 감소했다. 그러는 동안 서울 인구 중 여성 4만 4760명이 증가했다. 첨단 IT 산업, 미디어 관련 산업, 글로벌 비지니스 기업, 서비스 관련 산업들은 모두 서울과 수도권에 있다. 지역의 고학력 여성들, '취직이 안 된다고 결혼을 할 텐가?'. 조영태 서울대 인구학 교수는 반문한다. 결국 원하는 직업을 찾아 서울로 서울로 향한다.
김제선 경기도평생교육진흥원장은 "청소년 노동인권에 대한 사회적 관심 확대와 올바른 이해를 돕기 위해 친숙한 형태의 웹툰을 연재하게 됐다"며 "청소년 및 일반도민이 이번 웹툰을 통해 근로계약서 쓰는 방법, 주휴수당, 갑작스러운 해고 통보 대처 방법 등 노동인권 지식을 쉽게 습득하기를 바란다"고 말했다.
23세의 정수현은 김해에서 올라온 대학생이다. 고깃집 알바를 끝낸 수현은 노래방으로 향한다. 밤 12시가 되어서야 옥탑방으로 돌아온 그녀, 드라마 속 멋져 보이는 옥탑방은, 그저 겨울에 추운 공간일 뿐, 옥상의 뷰를 볼 시간은 허락되지 않는다. 그래도 공연도 보고 싶고, 하고 싶은 게 많은 그녀는 알바를 두 개씩 해서라도 서울 살이를 버텨낼 수밖에 없다.
# 올 초 70대 한국인 A 씨가 태국 공항에서 현지 경찰에 긴급 체포됐다. 적용된 혐의는 마약 유통. 마약이 담긴 가방을 들고 한국행 비행기에 탑승하려다 덜미가 잡힌 것이었다. A 씨는 온라인에서 가방만 전달하면 목돈을 주겠다는 이른바 ‘고액 알바’ 제의를 수락했다가 타국 감옥에 갇히는 신세가 됐다.
또, 나비는 "만 18세 미만은 아르바이트를 할 때 가족관계 증명서, 친권자 동의서가 필요하다"고 설명했다.
그런데 청소년의 경우 일할 수 있는 사업장이 제한돼 있다는 사실, 알고계신가요?
숙박업소나 만화 대여점도 청소년을 고용할 수 없습니다.
잃을 게 없는 제가 뭐가 겁나겠어요?". '빨간 풍선'의 서지혜가 이상우를 향한 들끓는 욕망에 서늘한 독기 충만 본색을 제대로 발산하며 안방극장을 소름 돋게 했다.
사람들의 동정에 지쳐갔다. 상황을 이야기하는 것도 지쳤다. 맥도날드에서 나왔다. 아무것도 하기 싫었다.
그런데 이런식으로 업체 측에서 맡긴 물품에 대해 책임이 없다고 먼저 고지하는 경우가 있습니다.

그렇기 때문에 사업자가 맡아 둔 물건을 잃어버리거나 훼손한 책임을 물지 않으려면 물건의 보관에 관해 주의를 게을리하지 않았음을 증명할 수 있어야 합니다.
맥도날드에서 일하던 2019년 가을, 한 통의 문자메시지를 받았다. 문자에는 “MBC <피디수첩>에 전세 사기의 주범으로 나온 진○○이다. 방송 때문에 임대업이 마비되어 당신의 전세보증금을 돌려줄 수 없다”고 쓰여 있었다. 진○○는 594채의 집을 가졌다고 하는 갭투자 임대업자다. 강시내의 전셋집은 그 594채 중 하나였다. 집은 반지하였다. 전세보증금 7천만원은 청년버팀목전세로 대출받은 돈이었다.
결론부터 말하면 그렇지 않습니다.
세부 시행사항은 예산 확정 이후 금융권 협의 등을 거쳐 발표될 예정이고요.
버거를 만드는데 눈물이 났다. 소식을 들은 강시내의 어머니도 주저앉았다. 고향에서 노래방을 하던 어머니는 아팠다. 혼자 해결해야 한다. 혼자 헤쳐나가야 한다. 지역구 국회의원 사무실에 전화했다. 국토교통부에 전화했다. 국회에 찾아갔다. ‘도와줄 방법이 없다’는 답뿐이었다. 지역구 국회의원 사무실에서 당신과 같은 피해자들을 모아오면 방법을 찾아보겠다고 했다. 카톡방을 열고 ‘○○카페에 앉아 있겠습니다’ 하는 식으로 사람들을 접촉해서 사례를 모았다. 10건, 20건을 모았다. 국회에 가보자고 해서 모였는데 200건을 모아온 사람이 있었다. “무슨 논문처럼 모아왔더라고요.” 그러나 국회도 정부도 해결책을 찾아내진 않았다. 방송사에서만 자꾸 연락이 와서 물었다. “그냥 전세 사기 말고 다른 사례는 없나요? 비트코인하고 겹친 분이라든지.”
바로 이 '직장'이 문제다. 대기업의 74%, 지식 서비스 산업의 80%가 서울에 위치한다.
그렇게 서울로 서울로 향하는 젊은이들, 그중에서도 특히 지역에서 자신이 원하는 직업을 찾지 못해 원하는 직장을 찾아 꿈을 찾아 서울로 올라온 젊은이들, 그렇게 서울의 밀도, 젊은 밀도는 높아져만 간다고 다큐는 말한다. 하지만, 서울에서 나고 자란 게 특혜라고 할 만큼, 내 한 몸 누이는 것조차 녹록지 않은 서울에서 그들 젊은이들은 자신의 생존을 위해, 자신의 미래를 위해 기꺼이 '번식'을 포기한다. '본능'을 멈춘다. 결혼도, 출산도, 서울 하늘 아래서는 사치이다. 미래의 한국인이 멸종될지는 모르겠지만, 당장 서울 하늘 아래 젊은이들의 생존이 우선이다.
1. 수능 끝난 고3, ‘이곳’ 알바하면 불법?
일이 고돼 아침에 퇴근할 때는 손이 덜덜 떨렸다. 정형외과에 가서 손목 아대(보호대)를 처방받아 끼고 일했다. 근로계약도 4대보험 가입도 정석대로 해주는 곳이지만 산업재해 신청을 할 생각 같은 건 나지도 않았다. 근무 스케줄을 짜는 매니저의 심기를 불편하게 하고 싶지 않았다. 원하는 야간근무를 풀타임으로 하는 게 중요했다. 손이 빠른 강시내에게 정직원 매니저로 일하자는 제안이 왔지만 맥도날드처럼 험하게 일하지 않아도 최저임금을 챙겨주는 곳이 많다는 걸 알았다.
뿐만 아니라 부당 대우를 겪는 경우도 종종 발생합니다.
다만, 만 20세가 되는 해의 1월 1일부터는 청소년으로 적용되지 않기 때문에 재수생이라면 해당 법의 적용을 받지 않는 경우도 있습니다.
그런데 최근 한 언론에서는 청년도약 계좌 상품이 실효성이 없다고 지적했습니다.
꿈 앞에 놓인 100만원
청소년게임제공업, 인터넷컴퓨터게임시설제공업, 숙박업, 일반음식점영업 중 주류의 조리 판매를 목적으로 소주방·호프·카페 등의 형태로 운영되는 영업, 비디오물소극장업 등이 있다.
집합금지 조치로 타격을 입었던 대형 뷔페 업체도 정부의 거리두기 완화 조치를 반기며 영업 재개에 나섰다. CJ푸드빌이 운영하는 ‘빕스’와 ‘계절밥상’ 수도권 매장은 이날 점심부터 영업을 시작했다. 총 41개 매장 중 28개가 해당된다. 빕스를 방문한 김모씨는 “마스크에 장갑을 끼고 음식을 담아야 해 번거롭지만 다시 뷔페를 즐길 수 있어 감수할 만하다”고 말했다. 호텔 뷔페 중에서는 웨스틴조선호텔의 ‘아리아’가 이날 조식부터 영업을 시작했다. 호텔 특성상 당일 방문 고객보다는 예약 문의가 빗발친 것으로 알려졌다.
2. 청년도약계좌, 최소 가입금액 너무 높다? 오해와 진실은
그런데 채용 사이트에 올라온 아르바이트 공고 중에는 허위 공고도 있기 때문에 주의하셔야 하는데요.
청소년유해업소에 청소년을 고용하는 경우 영업정지 3개월, 영업허가 취소 또는 영업소 폐쇄 등의 처벌을 받는다.
수능이 끝난 후 여행을 가겠다거나, 운전면허를 따겠다는 등 나름대로의 계획을 세운 분들이 많을 것 같은데요.
2021년 26만 500명이 출생했다. 역대 최저치이다. OECD 국가 중 가장 적다. 하지만 어디 우리나라만일까. 불과 몇 십 년 전 '덮어놓고 낳다보면 거지꼴을 못 면한다', '둘만 낳아 잘 기르자'던 구호가 횡행하던 나라였는데, 저출생과 인구 소멸을 걱정해야 하는 처지에 이르렀다. 도대체 우리에게 무슨 일이 벌어지고 있는 것일까.
174개국의 사례를 실제로 연구한 캘리포니아 대학의 올리버 승 교수 역시 밀도와 출산율이 강력한 연관 관계를 가지고 있다고 주장한다. 생존과 번식은 생명의 가장 기본적인 지향이다. 그런데 생존이 위협을 받게 되면 번식이 멈춰진다는 것이다. 오늘날 세계 각국의 저출산 행동은 이른바 '더 느린 삶'이라 정의한다. 밀도가 높고 혼잡한 환경에 놓인 사람들은 번식을 통한 다음 세대의 증가 대신, 자기 자신의 생존, 즉 자신의 미래를 위한 투자를 우선하게 된다는 것이다.
여고생은 말하는 고양이 나비와 집으로 돌아왔고, 동생에게 노래방은 청소년 고용금지 업소라고 알려줬다. 나비는 만 15세 미만이 아르바이트를 하려면 가족관계 증명서, 친권자 동의서와 더불어 취직인허증까지 필요하다고 부연설명했다.

그렇기 때문에 최소 가입 금액이 과도해 청년들이 해당 상품에 가입할 여력이 없을 것이라는 주장은 사실이라 볼 수 없습니다.
